the swimming pool, 11 x 5 yards is on a terrace to the side of the villa and almost hidden of view.
Inside, the sleeping quarters are wisely divided into suites. All the windows are larges and screened and invite an
abundance of sunlight. There are three fireplaces and two furnished terraces. The smaller indipendent wing at ground
level is reserved for the two owners.
Villa Umbria Verde is 1 mile distant and has shops and restaurants. A local bus that stops within 50 yards has service
into town until dusk and also reaches Todi and Perugia. Strategically located, Villa Umbria Verde is a five minute drive
from the highway E-45. Excellent roads, rail and bus links exist in the towns.
